I joined Finnies in April 2008 to work alongside Nick and after a year of working together, I became Director and Shareholder in May 2009.
My history of accountancy began initially in a Beverley based firm as a trainee. I then progressed to a small firm in York where I qualified and became Office Manager. After 9 and a half years I decided to move back to Beverley to progress my career and joined Finnies. Over a number of years, I have been involved in most aspects of accountancy and audit.
I have an avid interest in the local community which has led me to be involved with a local charity called Motorvation of which I am treasurer. Also, I am now on the member’s board for the Boulevard Academy in Hull, with the aim of helping our future generations.
When not working I enjoy spending lots of time with my family. I also enjoy sporting activities such as badminton, swimming and pool.
